De-age an item

Hello 
i wanted to ask if the fomular changed for de-age an item. Since Master Shalon is not the npc to respec and de-age an item anymore it might got changed. 
 

Do we still need 3 De-age stones ? We put the runes at Mixer?

Relapsus Rune, use 3 at Mixer to de-age an Item by 1.

 

Just take a screenshot before you proceed incase something goes wrong ?
