Well, I am a relative noob when it comes to photoshop. I just downloaded and am installing CS5.

 

I was wondering, is there any good tutorials that anyone can recommend to me? I know there is tons of them out there, but some that are actually pretty helpful to someone like me.

You should start by going to youtube and searching for "Adobe photoshop cs5 tutorial for beginners" or something similar to that. Learn the basics and then move on to something bigger.
