I use bomb shot for demons and as AoE skill, Wind Arrow for mutants (or is it normal mobs? idk, the ones that skill has a extra damage), and Elemental Shot to the rest of the mobs

If you doubt anything, you can always measure the time it takes for each skill to  kill a mob, and make a calculated decision

 

Ofc you can also count on the more experienced archers, but it doesn't take too much effort to check those things here.
