You don't need to sell. They could develop it and put it as a prize in the Roll of Bosses and after that, make it available in the coin shop for the time of the world cup. Furthermore, it is not your initiative to offer, but ours to ask, and this must be considered. It is worth mentioning that the BM was indeed related to the pandemic because if at any time the message was that the "BM would last during the period of the pandemic" if it did not appear associated, it became along the way. I think you should reconsider the request. But in the end, the decision is yours. And if u put it for Gold inside an RPG game, its not real money that we are talking about. Gold is something that u can farm, make at SOD, etc... The idea to draw this in Boss Rolls  Totally disassociate of real value, because it would be free. But being able to have this in the game is cool, because there is engagement from players, also, u can make a limited shirts and like Golden Hopy mount at begning, draw it on social networks.

What if they release a Ukraine soccer suit obtainable only via coin shop and all the coins/money players spent on it are donated to help people from Ukraine.

It's not taking advantage. Financially, as I said, it doesn't need to be paid. And if people can express themselves on social media using filters on facebook, posting pictures on instagram or even twitter, why couldn't we have Ukraine Soccer Shirt here? It is exactly because of the moment that is cool to make available. The human being, who is bio-psycho-social is just that. We had debates here when people used the name Covid19 in their characters, there was the Black Market (which, yes, was associated with the pandemic), we have topics on the forum talking about Ukraine, because they are people on the other side of the screen. And at the end of the day, it would be nice to hear them. What doesn't make sense, for me, is to create "slot machines" like the gems and drills system (which many don't agree with and nobody asked for) and say that we can't have Soccer from Ukraine in the game, even when the suggestion was accompanied by players supporting the idea. And as the friend above said, there are countless ways to make this an educational and collective engagement, which for a long time was in the Wartale rulebook the definition of a game that had an educational function. Why not donate the value of the Soccers directly to institutions that are sending humanitarian aid to them?

 

But if you don't want to do it, don't do it. OK.
