It depends on what you plan to do with your ata and what do you need to improve, I do mostly AoE and I use Grace Earrings, to raise my HP (due to my need of using Soul Sucker, which has a shorter range than any other javelin skill). But if you're lacking stm/mp choose the other 2 earrings, if you need more atk rtg the triadic...
