I use ORB too . It's better than shield ( idk when use 120 shield how but orb better than almost shield )

In Ept Great shields could drop with 20% base, is it the same here?

Nope, max is 19%.

Ept items list claimed the max was 19% but I owned a 20% ms base and had personally seen a few other 20% base blocks great shields. So I was just wondering if anyone here has seen/owned one.
