What is the best video setting?

Do you guys have an advice for a good video/graphic setting inorder not to get laggy in game specially when you go to Server Ares Ricarten? It becamw super lag and some stop dance........

off all, shadow, lighitng,  text quality still can high, 

partial efect off in HG

Thanks bro....but is there a way that even high quality setting will not make lag?

Press "delete" key to hide all the stores messages, it help a lot.

Play around with nvidia control panel if you have one.

offf all, just leave text high quality . u should off shadow . Or update card
