when is the limited time offer for xp pot and 3rd eye for vp's ending?

i remember it originally being rumored 1 month in a different thread (idk if it was announced in game or what) but i never saw this confirmed by staff here on forum

so any staff member can you confirm a deadline as to when these items will be removed (if there is a deadline as of yet)?
