How to discover the meaning of Royalmage's Note?

Dear all,

If someone found the way to "discover of the meaning of Royalmage"s Note/Scroll, please share here to help many people finish the "Under The Veil" Quest. I guess that it seems we need to find the veil when sky is twilight? Just guess, not sure...???

Here you are: Go to Land of Dusk - then go to the river and get into the vein

in short:

1. go to Ruinen talk to NPC

2. run around Ruinen to find quest item on floor, random spawn.

3. go to Phillia NPC royal mage to talk

4. go to Land of Dusk center water are, has a blue whirlpool, touch it to teleport to another map

5. this map is solo, bring as much Hp pots as possible,

6. finish the map, go out and go to Ric

7. RIc Wing NPC says Nihil crystal + Bakan crystal + etheroot + gold to make Etherwing

8. either you buy or go SS for Bakan crystal and go AW for Nihil crystal 

9. get all items, talk back to Wing NPC to make Etherwing

10. use Teleport to go new map

I also completed the "Under the Veil" Q yesterday and haven't post the detail steps yet. But now xunahyo did it, I think it will be verry useful information for many players if they read this topic. Thanks again ?
