Best Area of Effect (AoE) Skill

Considering the recent update that buffed the Perforation skill, is the Bomb Shot skill still the best area of effect (AoE)?

It`s been perforation for a while. The only problem is the area. While you can bomb-shot almost all the mobs that stay togheter, you need to get them in a line to use perforation.

In line with Perfo, since it has now a higher dmg boost compared to Phx Shot, while does Phx Shot always have higher dmg compared to Perfo? I mean in my case, Phx Shot can get as high as 14k on a mob while Perfo can only do 10k dmg. 

 

nvm. tested it again, they both just hit at under 11k LOL
