Can't find any addon ( loot filter / UI changing)

Hello i'm new on the game and i'm actually lvl 85, and there is a lot lot of drop but it's hard to collect. I have see some guy on youtube with a lootfilter and too a UI changing that make the game better looking, did oyu guys know where i can find those addon ? I wasn't able to find any on internet thank you !

There is no need to have an add-on. The loot filter item is provided at the Premium Shop NPC in several towns that can be purchased by gold.
