Better Swift Axe or Concentration in PvP?

I have great doubts that when I think about the fighter.

What is better to kill more in PvP? Swift Axe or Concentration?

This may seem a silly question for some who have great experience with the Fighter :-X, but I would like to help me. ;D

Swift axe for sure,

Swift axe level 10 adds 3 weapon speed

Swift Ax is the best in PvP because you almost unerring blows

I wonder which one is better now since  we lose 7% of attk speed boost. cause with 8% boost speed doesnt give 1 more speed anymore.

 

15% of 8 speed does gives 1 speed

 

8% of 8 speed does NOT give 1 speed.

it always increases your attack speed with the % value.

 

before it was 15% extra speed, now it's 8% speed, so the skill attack speed is about halved
