This is the beauty of Wartale! 

 

There is this awesome feature called "Share password" whereby it allows you to create a temporary password with controls such as allowing/preventing trade or holding equipment as shown below:

Thats up to you and who you are dealing with. Normally, if Im not mistaken, its 50/50
