Players who recently joined a clan attacking on SW

Hello,

 

I'd like to confirm if the delay to enter the bless castle after joining a Clan is still active. I've been noticing some cases of players that changed or left clans during the week but were still able to enter the bless castle on Sunday. This has happened for a few weeks now. 

 

Were there any changes on this rule? Or If a player leaves a Clan and then rejoins It, he can still attack on SW without any delay?
