vanish skill

it says dmg boost but it wont really boost the dmg will it?! what is this skill for? pvp? i dont get it ^^ thx 4 help

Boost 1st hit when you vanish

Edited: using skills like tornado while vanished DOES NOT boost the damage!

 

in my experience, when you are in vanish state and uses AOE skills like tornado, you will remain in vanish state, "this allows for covert ops in using such aoe skills, remain in vanish and not draw a huge mob. I used this tactic to complete the lvl 100 collector quest playe nicely." (Brackets are later added on)

 

when one on one, you can get the dmg boost only for the 1st hit and will have to cast again (troublesome if you ask me). the more useful aspect for it would be the ability to go undetected unless one is within a particular range and do surprise hits. the dmg boost in this case is just a good bonus.
