One tenth of item price?

Not sure if it's meant to slow down gold farming, but the items dropped by mobs are priced at one tenth of its intrinsic NPC value unless I wait about 10 minutes or so.

Is that normal or is my game client bugged?

its normal. Cos people abused it.

Its working for a long time already. As mentioned, it works like that to avoid gold/hunt abuses.
