Tinha um Prs que se chamava NinaPRS e eu perdi o acesso a essa conta, alguém sabe como eu poderia recuperar?

Bom dia amigo,

 

Vc precisa fazer um post na área de '' Account ''. Para isso, é necessário seguir os procedimentos da aba '' HOW TO '' (dentro da sessão de Account). O procedimento é o seguinte:

 

1) Você deve criar um tópico com o nome '' Lost Account ''

 

2) O tópico deve conter as seguintes informações em inglês destacadas em negrito abaixo:

 

Lost password/account:

So, you have lost your password or account somehow, either you have just forgotten your password, or you have been hacked? That does not really matter, as long as you just can prove it is your account.

 

NOTE: Before raising a request for lost password you need to try to recover the password via Account Panel first.

 

In order to prove it is your account, you must post the following information:

Account ID

Character names

E-mail address

When did you have this account?

When did you stop playing?

A detail description of the main character; skills, items, level, stats etc.

Screenshots of your main character

Screenshots to prove that you are the owner of current registered email
