That is Prince's old spawn back to 2010/2011. We used to climb all the way there to kill it.

I Wonder if there is more secret spawns like this

 

for a second i remembered before Iron 1 opened on officials we climb from D3 to Iron map, restart game and appear in respawn haha just to see the monsters.
