Need help with creating character. Anyone ?

Hi everybody, I'm a newcomer, I knowwtfrom a website so I don't have anyone I know playing this. I tried to join but when creating account it keeps saying "character name already in use" even with a random name. I know some also has the same bug. If anyone can help me creating character, I will be grateful. Please leave your comment here I will send you a message with my username and password.

when u create a char, when choosing name,

if already taken, u can add number.
