I think it boost 65% (add more 65% of your dam). I'm lv 130 build power, but dam of Imp is.......

Spark is light years ahead Impulsion.

 

Doesn't matter the changes, Maximize + 2h weapon, Spark is thousand times better.

Well, I tried spark vs impulsion today.. Spark dmg is really alot better for leveling.

BTW, I'm trying Spark vs. Impu  and for now it does seem spark is doing better for me. I'm still leveling.

Any high level willing to share their knowledge? (don't just come and laugh, you are not welcome dude)
