Attack rating mastery

i put all my tier 5 points into attack rating mastery until new skill is unlocked, and my attack rating didnt change... does it just not show in your char info or did it not work?

I have the same problem, can anybody confirm that Attack Rating Mastery works?

in my pike is ok Attack Rating Mastery.

 

Try reset all skills
