how to set up shop and not need to open the game?

i am a noob and tried to do the scan QR code thing to keep my shop open, but i dont know which app to use the code for...how do people open shop and leave it there besides leaving the game logged in?

If you're referring to opening stores with characters on different accounts, yes.
