vulgojedi 129 Report post Posted December 31, 2022 (edited) Has anyone else had or have this happen? Most of the times when i alt tab from another window to the game window i get a 3/5 sec black screen.. Ive done a little research and the solutions didnt fix my problem.. I had a laptop a while back which started doing this outta nowhere.. Recently i upgraded to a desktop 3070ti 5800x 32gb ram and bought a new screen but still have this happen. So im guessing its something in my game settings? Would really appreciate some help. Yeah its just a 3/5 sec black screen delay but this ****t has been annoying me so much xD Thought I'd post my settings to see if doing something wrong? Dior 633 Report post Posted January 1, 2023 Well it happens to me sometimes, for over 40 seconds (sucks a lot, die a lot because of that). little trick is to go to Launcher properties > Compatibility and Check "Disable full screen optimization" but even after this, still freeze for me. also the HLW Hat FPS bug is back. lol @Overlady

But what i did was change the API setting from Direct3D 9Ex to Direct3D and it seems to have fixed it for me. I still have a small delaybut only like a half a second or so. Give it a try Edited January 1, 2023 by vulgojedi
