Question about legendary fish

Anyone know how to catch a legendary fish? 

I tried around 100 king bites with lvl 7 rod without any luck.

It seems king bite is same as normal worm bite?

Do you know how to calculate? Like 50% weight + 50% length?

You are referring to the fishing scoreboard right?

You need highest weight + size to be on the board.

Both have to be high. not 50/50%.
