Is Bone crash still good !?

Im wondering Bone crash is still good in PVP !? I don't see it add Attack rating anymore.

Hi bro. In fact nowdays Bone Crash miss much more in PVE and PVP then it was the past.

Bro, i dont think it can be used in PVP anymore, only use to kill demond monster.
