My account was hacked 3 days ago, I reported and still haven't been answered yet. And I have no idea how it was hacked. Like... I didn't even share my password and the hacker can still find it. How could that be possible!? If you say the new patch has better prevention of hacking, then i'll say it has done nothing for me

Really sorry for you to lost the acct:

1) use internet cafe, you will lost your acct easy (don't trust internet cafe, most internet cafe on country below, police officer migrate malware on each PC or keylogger and other people also use them for their own interest)

2) non-trust freeware, currently there are a lot of malware on non-trust freeware

3) specially, if you are living on the country like (china, vietnam, north korea, myamar,...etc..) which the government owned the media, they want to control all user PC for their purpose (such as DDoS other, spy other, harrassment, terrorist....etc...)

So, really aware to use trust freeware/software (if the software you don't know and didn't trust on your pc delete them)
