Is a new map coming soon?

Hello all!

Walking around LoC's beach, I saw two new NPCs, named Mira and Marid Prince, Teerth. Near fishing scoreboard, there's a thing like a gate. Would it be a new way to get into a new map?

Does anyone know about anything? Post your tips here, mates!!! TY!!!

Probably new instance coming and new quests.  I think for 13x.
