Speed 47 vs Speed 51

I'm looking to start a new ASS account for mining. I bought some gears for it and plan to level it to around 120. I did the math and came to a decision point. 

 

If I do a Ore velocity mix on the Mokova boot I bought (6.5+1.3, not the best I know). I will end up at 47.1 speed. 

If I do the 1000spm mix, I will end up at 51.5 speed. 

 

Obviously the cost difference between the 2 are going to be over 400kk. My question is, does this 4 speed difference make a big difference that justify the 400kk upgrade?

Waiting for expert's comments. I've heard that maximum speed is 51 and if you are higher, it doesn't make any different.

Yea that's why I didn't bother looking into higher speed options.

Go on for maximum walking speed, 51

 

If it's a mount, you should consider -10% of speed due that sh1tty penalty.

Go for 51 speed. the stm mix also improve your mining life by pot less stm.

the extra speed is nice but not essential , the 1000 stam is the big diff , when u r running all the time , ur going to feel the diff , 1000 Stam is very worth for mining

Looks like 1000 stm is the way to go. Haven't even started mining yet and already invested so much in it XD

There is no cap for mount speed.
