well im here coz really many ppl need recovery his items.. and me too ... i think ContasAndItems takes many time for recovery items and if hes on only 10-20 min ... maybe sandur u can help us   or maybe can say any member of staff to help u

I'd suggest to make a rule to avoid fake reports.

 

For ex.: Fake report = BAN~~

 

In this way only will post who really lost the iten due to a bug.

 

So, it'll stop the massive topics/posts there and ContasandItens will have more time to investigate and restore the itens since he wont process fake reports caz ppl dont want lose your char.
