About the unban for Eris

Hi , good day gms

- Why do you think you got banned :I dont know . im hunting in ET3 i got DC then banned

- Why you should be unbanned : I didn't do anything wrong i think its bugged

- Your game account name : Vladish + Salazar

- All character names in your game account : Eris + WatchMan  (both char lvl 140)

Can someone explain me why a char which was banned (for cheat probably) is unbanned?

Before you start to answer my question, explain me why Watchman was not unbanned if is the same account!
