SW - Impossible to play

It's impossible to play during SW. 
We can't see people, can't damage them.

5 years ago the same problems. simply negligence. (It only improves when several people leave the dispute, thus leaving less than 150 people in the sw. simple.)

Hello everyone,

 

Firstly, we are very sorry for what happened with the lag that happened in the last Siege War competitions. We’d like to state that we’ve been looking for the cause of it in the past days. We believe to have found the likely cause and we’ll hold a maintenance during the week to fix the problem.

 

As any in-game problem which influenced hard on the game’s playability has always been fixed along the years, this one will be no different.

 

We were ready to add more time to the clock in case it is needed, since all the clans lost some battle time because of the lag.

It is important to mention that add time to clock is not the way to fix the problem, it only give us more time to waste. The staff should at least try to DC offline market accounts once a week, preferably by Sunday, also, a maintenance is necessary to reset server and delete all unnecessary stuff.

This week the lag was more intense than last week, therefore, unfortunately what you did got the server worse. Can you assure to the community that for next week we won't see lag? What about the "defender" of the castle? Is it gonna be benefited for how long? How many weeks to solve this issue?
