Hello Wartale community and game administration.

I would like to report a situation that has been happening for almost 1 year within the game, about defamation and slander within the game.

Members of the MAFIA clan have been developing a smear campaign against me, where whenever they find me in public places and global chat they always insist on trying to make people in the game believe in lies and defamations that they do without any evidence.

About 1 year ago, two friends and I dropped an Item 146 in EB, which was sold for 30kc and divided into equal parts of 10kc for each one.

It is worth remembering that none of the people who are raising slander against me were involved in the drop, that is, members of the MAFIA clan just for fun are constantly in the global chat and various game environments making advertisements to denigrate the image of another player within the game .

I have already contacted the support behind the forum in several situations so that measures could be taken. Bringing evidence of different prints of behaviors that violate the rules, that is when talking about public places and general chat, according to the rules of the game.

Even with the recurrence of several complaints at different times in support, no action or punishment is taken for these people.

I would like to think that we are on a server where we can be calm knowing that there are rules and that we will be protected by them if necessary, ensuring our gaming experience within the server, that when we look for the competent people to resolve the reports of users who hurt the principles and rules of the game they listen to us, and do not answer that things like:
We suggest that you do not use the in-game chat; Disable in-game chat so you don't see messages.
Or that your evidence is not sufficient for action to be taken with game users.
How can we socialize within a game where people do what they want and don't suffer consequences for their actions.

I believe that almost a year of incidence with the same things that have been reported on other occasions is good evidence that something is wrong.

I have a support record asking for action on this.

The subject mentioned would be a drop from a staff 146 that I dropped in the game with 2 friends, where this item was sold for 30kc, and was divided equally, 10kc for each, Me : Nick Deis , Nick : ngTuim, Nick: =EduTody.
that way everything was resolved between us, but third parties based on nothing just what they think, are defaming me in the city claiming that I sold the 50kc item and calling me a thief in public.
Follow the print showing that I sold the staff for 30kc.

Then the players calling me a thief in two situations, the first is in Sl upando, when he starts the subject already calling me a thief in public.
And the Other in BattleTown.
According to what I read in the rules on the forum, and they take away my freedom to play the game fully well, and make insults in public.
The two people mentioned have nothing to do with the staff drop, pt in Eb is only participating Deis, =EduTody, ngTuim who are two friends of mine.
That way they are talking about a subject that doesn't belong to them, and even more without any consistency, based only on what they think I sold the staff at a price.

Player Nick's motivation:  [DaoisthX] is simply because he wanted me to sell him a Staff 146 that I dropped, but it was sold to someone else, he has no involvement with this drop, [DaoisthX] found out about the selling value of the staff 146 through [=Edutody] , who is his friend, and [=Edutody] was one of the Shares of this drop.
When he found out about the Staff's sale value, which was 30kc, he started to disseminate and state on the server that I sold it for a higher value, more based on nothing, just what he supposes, and motivated by anger because I wanted to buy the item for you.

He is propagating this campaign more and more, I tried to talk to him so that he would stop doing it, because this joke or I don't know what he considers is harming me in the game because people keep believing, so I can't partys Para Up to Boss, and other people are also ostifying when they read what he exposes.

I don't know how he manages to create a nickname that, when he talks about the general trade, looks like my nickname [Deis], that way he starts to impersonate me, and starts saying absurd things, calling himself someone who stole something, doing thus a false confession of guilt, in order to validate his campaign. Start talking about depression and giving people characteristics to think it's me writing there.
It wasn't enough that he used theft defamation, he also got personal.

I don't know if there's a way to check if the nicks that are in the screenshots in the global chat are on the same IP as [DaoisthX] , because he evidently doesn't use his main char to talk.
Or your clan friends, because every time members of the Mafia clan meet me on HG, they keep writing the message that ''pays guys'' to ostify me.

I don't know what more evidence I can bring, because they're smart and they work in collusion.

Block the user and move on, if it's not true, you should not be affected in any accusations. Simple as that block the user

There are good rules of coexistence, where we have to respect others. We know that we are in a space that has rules, while these people think that they do what they want that is bad for the game to be a healthy and fun environment, I don't care about the opinion Of them, what shocks me the most is the impunity of people who make public attacks impersonating you and are not punished.
It doesn't have the slightest sense of respect or dignity, much less education, and it turns the experience of players into something toxic.

Im the guy that bought the staff and i confirm that he sold it for 30kc. Yes he sold it for less then he could have sold but that doesnt give anyone the right to keep talking **** like these guys have. Unfortunately wartale is full of toxic people. I can see you sold really below Market Price, sold 1 year ago, which price was at least 50kc+, you were selling like SL released. Items in next new map will always increase price by 10~30kc+. SL was 30kc, SS was 50kc, eb was 70kc+, there is a trend. You as a long time player, sold below a market price, that frustrated some people I have no idea who that was/were, but they probably never gotten anytime again, as we all know droprate is impossible, so they just hold a grudge against for the bitterness. Just remember the next map price will again soar and increase, but we can believe you with all the evidence just in this post.

 

For your info, there are scammer leaders or scammer party leaders, that will scam their party/clan drops. So we public watching TradeChat will never know the truth. But to be honest, I don't even care, TradeChat just provide me a toxic and dramatic Chat Channel, that I either enjoy the toxic or find it cringed. So you feel disrespected or attacked, or 1 whole year unpeaceful minds while playing. I telling you: 'Don't Be'. When you know you are the truth, and nothing is wrong, whatever they faked and typed for their bitterness and childishness should just be your entertainment.

 

But having said that, the name that is same with many Spaces to make it look TOTALLY the same, need to be punished, because your name and his name look 100% same. Deis and Deis, nobody can distinguish that is real owner or fake Spacebar names. Other names like -Deis- ❀Dies❀ Deis! ¯\_(Deis)_/¯ is fine, we all know instantly that is different, nobody gonna take it seriously, except people who don't play games much and have no understanding. Especially after that name typed something toxic, and instantly review itself as a troll account. Problem is I have no idea how GMs gonna punish that same 100% Dies name, because that is just a new account, unless GMs can find the owner of that.

The gm has access to everything inside the system and when it checks, it
  you can see what was sent, and what IP Mac was Sent from and who created Recent Names anyway and what id was the time and date.
Only foolish people are fooled by this kind of technique.
People who create fake nick with special characters can even be banned, for impersonating another player.

I suggest being very careful about breaking rules.

 In other words, all of this is motivated by the arrogance of selfish people, who don't accept seeing anyone get things they wanted.

Chapter 3: The mask has fallen

 Back in the day when we were all from the same clan, we always had the habit of going to bosses, Lc and the like.

 We had the culture of always selling everything cheaper to clanmates, with the purpose of helping, as long as it was for their own use as it would strengthen the clan.

 Adriano as always with his narcissism wanting to be better than everyone, he always wanted to be in the spotlight, so he always kept his coins saved for when the clan got the drops he bought everything he could before anyone else.

 Obviously he always bought everything way below what was considered normal, using the trump card of being a member.

 What everyone didn't know was that everything he bought he resold at more expensive prices to others outside the clan.  Thus filling your pockets and always having coins available to buy the next drops that came along.

 In addition to being very smart on the clan members, he constantly laughed at everyone, saying that he loved to enjoy the goodwill of others while it lasted.

 He always said that he would leave the clan one day and that he would return to a clan of old friends he had, but for now it was great to enjoy the others.

 Little by little, some people started to no longer want to benefit him, as they realized that he had no interest in the Clan as a whole, only in his own interests.

 As he realized that I was one of the first to not want to give him an easy life, he already started to dislike me. But at that point he no longer liked many people, due to his great ambition of wanting to monopolize everything for him.

 Until one day I took off his mask for everyone, making his purposes explicit.

 As everyone can already imagine, he revolted, because the goose that laid his golden eggs was no longer going to produce as many eggs as before.

 As he no longer wanted to be there, and he had said many times before that he would leave, he took the opportunity to make a big theater and leave the clan, a big drama, denying very shamelessly that he enriched himself on top of others, because many people they really didn't realize they were benefiting him.
