Bug exploit and question

ok today at BC i saw a mech from what i saw was exploiting a bug and somehow it deals with damage.. im not here to whine i just want to clarify things out coz from my point of view its really a bug exploit

 

ok here it is..

 

i saw a mech using grand smash and switching from 120 axe to 120 hammer and with the animation it just happens repeatedly without stopping.. hope you guys get my thought

Post at Report section then, and report him.

im not sure of this so i jsut posted here to ask about it.. so next time i saw one i can report or ignore
