MGS PvP HP Stat

Hello fellow MGS, any advice on how much Health points should I be using for PvP. I have heard some Mix comments but I would like to hear from all exped players.

 

People told me to get Health at 100, others told me to go 200 and some others to use 44.

 

Open for discussion.
