Where to post on this forum to recover an account/pw?

Hey guys. Honestly not a spam. Sincerely. I feel im just misdirected. 

Ive been trying to recover an account through the recovery/account section. but keep getting flagged by Admin that its a spam.

I followed the instructions. and then i get a warning etc.

 

Where would you guys post to avoid another warning?

The last posts where made in Recovery Center/Name Request. The 1st section is used to recover lost items, while the 2nd section is used to recover Char's names, not accounts. If you want help in order to recover your acccount, please use the " Account " section. Please remember to follow '' HOW TO '', it is very important to follow this script.

In order to prove it is your account, you must post the following information:

• Account ID
• Character names
• E-mail address
• When did you have this account?
• When did you stop playing?
• A detail description of the main character; skills, items, level, stats etc.
• Screenshots of your main character
• Screenshots to prove that you are the owner of current registered email
