Archer Skill Guide

I will preface this post and this will be copied onto each one I do since I am asking in EACH section basically the same question so please don't delete them for spam.

 

Now that I got that out of the way, I am a person who likes to have 1 of every character. I use a couple to level them all and have one of everything 115 or higher. I am not really THAT good at building each character and knowing which skills should take priority over certain others. Some cases it can be obvious but still. What I am asking is just a simple list of which skills I should prioritize between tier 1-3, tier 4 & 5 (since as we all know, skill points are separate between 1-3, 4 & 5). With Archers I don't follow what majority of people do an use the lower level items and min/max damage based on my stat points. I like my characters to wear lvl appropriate gear, if that means less damage for looking how I want, I will sacrifice the look for that.
