Assassin Skill Guide

I will preface this post and this will be copied onto each one I do since I am asking in EACH section basically the same question so please don't delete them for spam.

 

Now that I got that out of the way, I am a person who likes to have 1 of every character. I use a couple to level them all and have one of everything 115 or higher. I am not really THAT good at building each character and knowing which skills should take priority over certain others. Some cases it can be obvious but still. What I am asking is just a simple list of which skills I should prioritize between tier 1-3, tier 4 & 5 (since as we all know, skill points are separate between 1-3, 4 & 5). I don't really know too much of what I am doing at all with an assassin, so any help here would be really nice.

I think this is the optimal skill order level for PvE maxing first your training skills and slowing maxing your 1v1 skills for maps like SL, SS, & EB. ASS has really mediocre AoE so EXP maps is 6/10 and once you get in to SL, SS & EB 1v1 ASS is really decent like 8.5/10. Only thing you need to have in mind in 1v1 is always having poison + freeze + burn debuffs on monsters to max DPS. Burn % chance is so low that it can get annoying to make it proc.
