Time to bind talisman account to a new email

Hello, I'm not sure where, but I read some time ago that if you didnt open / bind a talisman that contains an account binded to it, to a new email (considering you received this talisman trough a seller), it'll go back to the owner of last email, or something similar to this.

 

Anyone would mind to confirm this info to me please? Or I can keep an account in talisman as long as I want?
