Question about the halloween event

Does the NPC halloween kid disappear as soon as the event is over? Or would they stay for a while so people can submit any left over candy. Same question goes for ghost castle.

Also can someone tell me Nov 8th end date means it ends on 23:59 server time on 11/7, or is it 23:59 on 11/8?

Usually events  NPCs stay for some time

Usually yes but last couple of events it ended 23:59 and npcs were gone

No one wants to party me to even do ghost castle.  Sucks ass.

Multi client party doesnt work

I was waiting for this, now I'm full of sweets and can't deliver anymore. They could have warned! 😡
