Actually, phantom skin really depends on what character you want to equip it.

For me i dont like phantom armor skin on ks bro. Cape is short and shoulder is not so good. Phantom Armor skin is best suited on fighter class.

 

Mage and Shaman is also good in phantom robe skin. Esp. Aurorean purple but i dont have screenshot for it
