Tornado lv 10 or 5 ?

Does lvl 10 Tornado work properly as it shown on the skill guide ? 77 range and 55% damage boost ? any1 try it before? Thanks.

I rather have it 2 with vanish 10 instead..

but anyway , I used to lvl up in parties all day so torn 2 was great to tank

My build was 72 int , so I used to make around 15~16 tornados per mana (15x15 = 225% dmg) and with torn 10 you do more damage (55x5 = 275%) but you waste to many time potting mana and the "back" on the monsters isn't the same
