yes, an incentive to play/kill the boss, but I myself had the experience that I didn't hit enough with my 14x char to get the roll.

I don't have additional against undead/demon, so I have less chances.

it should be the same for all bosses, random type bosses, not just 2 undead and 1 demon.

Perhaps, you should raise that with our Dev team via Suggestion board so they can make some adjustment.

Since we are talking about HG, do you guys have any updates on the reward system? I mean, it's a bummer to fight against Minos and get a 100% Skill Training stone as a reward...

im curious to this as well  because i have yet to see hg chest not once since released and went to many many hg's
