You must finish the cooking quests at Land of Dusk to unlock the shop to buy the costumes.

Yes, cooking costumes will always be available for purchase with gold.

No, but to wear the costumes will require you to cook a certain amount of foods.

You just need to finish one of the dishes, not all of them.

My fishing level 9, but I see it also hard for me to cook gourmet dish. Is it a random chance ? As I know the higher fishing lv, the higher chance to get perfect dish. But almost time, I must cook over 10-15 times to get 1 perfected food. 

 

Another question is that I see on my Cooking Pot has a title "Build Cooking Pot LV:1". Is this LV increase to 2,3,... depend on how much did I cook (as much as possible) ? Or It is permanent showing LV: 1 for anytime? Thank you

It's the recipe that increases your chance of cooking gourmet food, not the build cooking pot skill.

@Overladylady is it possible to fish legendary fish with a lvl 6 account or only with king worm this is possible and the account needs to be lvl 7 to 8 +

Some legendary fishes are easier to fish than others, but I really can't tell if you will be able to fish it or not.

 

Remember that you can also purchase the fish from other players, don't need to fish it yourself to cook.

Culinarian Apron is not sold in Coin Shop.

Before purchasing this very expensive cooking pan, by looking at the description. Is this a hammer/Axe category item or is it a skin?

I would like to request that the item would be changed for general class use rather than axe or hammer type users only.  If possible. Because im a Pikeman, I would not be able to fully use it.

To be honest for a bounded item,  it has a lot of zeros. But who am I to criticize the value of an item with no benefits apart from its looks.
