T5 Skills Can't be Hotkeyed?

I've been trying to hotkey the T5 skills like all the other skills by holding the rightclick and hitting f1 to f12, however it doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure how the game is programmed, but there is probably a line of code either on the skill page itself or on each skill that allows it to be added to a hotkey. Could someone look into this?

you can use regular numbers, like 4, 5, 6 .. so its gonna be 1,2,3 for pots and other numbers for skills ^^
