From the news in my country, in another case in China, there was a man tried to help an old-woman in an accident. Unluckily, the old-woman asked her lawyer to prison the man. The judge said that the man violated of government regulations in the handling of traffic accidents. After that, they (judge) concluded the man was guilty because of helping the old-woman. lol

 

 

Helping people in an accident is illegal in China?! (so they try to avoid taking any trouble in this case?)
