124 shield 21% block non-existant?

Haven't seen one in the server yet, any spec, only 20% and lower. Can someone confirm that there actually is a 124 shield with 21% base block? Thanks.

If there are 21% shields around already and they're not donated, of course they're "available" on dropping or respecing
