Why are they always complaints?
Many times they do things well and I don't see people saying thank you. 🙂

That is ok, people do get mad when thing don't go the right way, I get it. However, there is some limit that can't be crossed. 

There are plenty of ways to deliver your message and get the outcome you want, insulting/lying/accusing... are not one of them that is all I am saying.

This is normal. Happy customers rarely come back to give compliments. Good service is expected and is seen as ordinary. Very few take the time to compliment.

By contrast, customers who get what they perceive as bad services hold grudge and want to take revenge. That's why Review websites are full of bad reviews.
