Question about finesse mix

Finesse mix is better than fortitude mix??

I think it's just elemental resistance, there are two different mixes to use on certain occasions, like in Sunken for example, electrical resistance helps, or in HG Burn Damage for example, or even LC with ice damage.
It varies a lot from class, some classes like Ks and Ms amplify a lot through defense %, so fortitude is very interesting.
With Mage it is a boost for your elemental defense skill.
So both are good.

finesse mix is good with only has 100hp, elemental resistance is not effected. And finesse mix works well with cuepy costume when pvp

for me, if training I will choose Vit mix or Fort mix (for robe or amor)
