Thats a donate one. Using class rune atalanta, it will result spec attack rating lvl1, lvl2 or lvl3. If its lvl1, it will be perfect one using magnifying. But class rune is not guaranteed to get level1, if the result is either level2 or 3, it will be not perfect in magnifying glass. You need make it lvl1 again using spec rune. The color orange one.
