Trade chat or spam toxic chat???

There is no punishment for spam in the chat, I have already reported it on other occasions and the response was that there is nothing to be done about it.

Hi,

 

Trade chat was designed for people to sell/buy/trade their items/accounts, however it can serve other purpose such as:

- Looking for PT.

- Asking for help.

- Calling for help and much more.

 

Using trade chat to spam is annoying which is why we have system inplace like delay usage to minimise that.

If we catch that kind of behaviour in game, we will provide some block to the person. However, we cannot accept the report for this because it can be abused and people will not be able to see what would be acceptable and what not. Creating a guideline you might ask? It is not that easy to create such a guidline consider trade chat isn't be used for trade only.

Even if we caught someone and provide punishment, there is no guarantee that person will do it again so, we do provide with a better option so that you can actually block all the chat from someone.

 

Using trade chat for insulting will not be tolerated and can be reported.

Try 3-7 days ban for keyboard warrior I'm sure they will learn.

Cos Wartale is everything to them.
